What Happens After Ordering?
As soon as the order has been processed, the OCMP onboarding starts.
As part of this onboarding, a contact person from abl solutions will get in touch with the customer's responsible contact. The next steps are then coordinated together and access to OCMP is set up.
This usually includes, among other things:
- coordinating the relevant contact persons
- creating platform access
- preparing the initial onboarding into OCMP usage
- additional organizational or technical coordination if required
